All of these materials are kept in a temperature and humidity-regulated laboratory in accordance with current norms and regulations.
TRACEABILITY ---
Traceability is maintained at all times through the Advise system developed by HARBURG FREUDENBERGER.
Moreover, this system enables us to save the process settings on an internal mixer as well as on a cylinder tool. To ensure that this traceability is completely implemented, audits are carried out during the relevant stages of production. The Daisy software (Alpha Technologies) allows us to manage laboratory testing and product audits as well as to save all monitoring data.
CERTIFICATIONS ---
The quality management system is implemented in compliance with the standards required by the ISO/TS 16949 norms for the automotive sector and the ISO 9001 norm for other industries.
